3. Digital game access
We process the information needed to activate or manage access to a rented digital game. Access details, QR codes, or other activation information are intended only for the customer who placed the order and must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
4. Payments
Payments are made manually through UPI using the UPI ID or QR code shown during checkout. To verify your payment, we may collect the UPI transaction reference, payment amount, order ID, date, and a payment screenshot or other proof that you choose to send to us through WhatsApp or customer support. We do not ask for or store your UPI PIN or other confidential UPI security credentials.
